CarsBook plans are sold as a monthly subscription. This page explains what you are charged, when the charge happens again, how to stop it, and what happens to a payment you think should be refunded.

No card, no charge. The free plan costs nothing, never expires and is not converted into a paid plan automatically. You only start paying when you choose a paid plan yourself.

1. What a plan includes

A plan sets how many cars you can have listed at the same time. Every plan includes the same features; only the listing count changes.

  • Starter - 1 car listed at a time, Rs. 200 for 30 days.
  • Basic - 3 cars listed at a time, Rs. 500 for 30 days.
  • Broker - 7 cars listed at a time, Rs. 1,200 for 30 days.
  • Dealer - 15 cars listed at a time, Rs. 2,500 for 30 days.

Prices are the prices shown on the plans page, which is the same page you buy from, so there is no difference between what is advertised and what you are charged.

2. How billing and renewal work

  • Monthly in advance. When you buy a plan you pay for the next 30 days. The amount is shown before you confirm the purchase.
  • Renewal. Your plan renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel it.
  • One clear price. There is no per-car commission, no listing fee per car, and no charge on the vehicles you trade. What you see on the plans page is the whole cost.
  • Payment method. Plan payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your card or bank details.

First plan, first month on us. Your first paid plan includes one extra month at no cost. It applies once, to your first paid activation, and it does not repeat when the plan renews.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, from inside the app or by email. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.

  • In the app - open your plan screen and use the cancel option. The screen will show you the date your plan ends.
  • By email - write to support@mobi24.in from the email address on your dealer account and ask to cancel. We will confirm the end date in writing.

Cancelling stops the next charge, it does not end today. If you cancel mid-period you keep access until the end of the 30 days you have already paid for. The next renewal will not be taken.

4. What happens to your listings if you cancel

  • When the paid period ends, your account returns to the free plan. Your paid listings stop being published.
  • You keep one free listing slot. The 30-day cycle restarts for any free listing, so a free car you publish then runs its own 30 days before coming down automatically.
  • Browsing, filtering and contacting other dealers is never affected. It is free and does not depend on a plan.
  • Your dealer account stays open and your verification stays valid. You keep your history of messages and offers.
  • You can start a new plan at any time and publish again straight away.

4a. Changing to a different plan

  • Free plan to a paid plan starts immediately. The paid plan then runs its own 30 days from the day you buy it.
  • Renewing the plan you already have is allowed at any time.
  • Switching between two paid plans is only possible once your current plan has ended. The app shows you the date you can switch.
  • Unused days are not carried over and not refunded when you switch. Because the switch waits for the current plan to end, you never lose days you have paid for, and you are never charged twice for the same day.

5. When a payment is refunded

We refund a plan payment in these cases.

  • We charged you twice for the same plan period. Tell us and we will return the duplicate amount.
  • We charged the wrong amount, or charged you when your plan had already been cancelled. Tell us and we will correct it.
  • We charged you but could not give you the service, for example an account suspended for a reason we caused. We will refund the unused part of the period.
  • A plan was activated on the wrong dealer account. Tell us within 7 days and we will move it across or refund it.

Refunds go back to the same payment method you paid with. Your bank or provider then decides how long the credit takes to appear, usually a few working days, and in some cases longer.

A period you have already started is not refunded part-way. Plans are sold as a 30-day block, so a month that is partly used is still charged. If a case is exceptional, write to us and we will look at it as a complaint under the grievance process rather than as an automatic refund.

6. Disputes and the chargeback route

If you think a charge is wrong, contact us first. We would rather sort it out with you directly than have you raise it with your bank. If we cannot resolve it and you wish to escalate formally, our grievance redressal page explains the steps and the timelines.

Nothing on this page limits your rights under Indian consumer law. Where the law gives you a right that is stronger than what is written here, the law applies.

How to reach us

Write to us by email for anything about a plan, a refund or a complaint. Email is the fastest route because it leaves a written record you can keep.

If your message is about your personal data rather than a plan, the same email address works. See the privacy policy for the full process and response times.
